Don Guthery Auctions 507 N. 35th Street Rogers, AR 72756 Living estate of Donna Larsen of Rogers, AR. She can no longer drive and is moving to assisted living. Her house is very clean and full of nice, clean, usable items. Her car is up for auction: a 2014 Honda CRV, very clean and with a clear title. There is also furniture, kitchen items (many new in box), electronics, German clocks, Hummels, nice glassware, and household items. Her husband maintained a nice shop with a vast assortment of tools such as band saws, jig saws, hand tools, a vintage whetstone, Dremels with attatchments, and many hand carvings. All sales are absolute and to the highest bidder. Please note that the house is for sale and all items MUST be picked up or arrangements made for shipping on the Monday and Tuesday (4/4 and 4/5) from 11 am to 7 pm following the sale. Please do not bid if you cannot make arrangements for item pickup or shipping. Also, bring your own boxes if possible. There will be a preview for you to come see everything on Saturday 4/2 from 1 pm.-4pm. Also, all furniture is local pickup only. There is a 10% buyers premium added to all items purchased and a 3% charge for credit card payment processing. You can avoid this 3% fee by paying in cash.
