NYS SALES TAX: All purchases are subject to a 8% NYS Sales Tax. IF YOU HAVE A TAX EXEMPT NUMBER, YOU MUST NOTIFY US PRIOR TO THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION, AND GIVE US A SIGNED COPY OF YOUR VALID NYS TAX EXEMPT FORM PRIOR TO THE ITEMS BEING PICKED UP. We can not remove the tax once your credit card has been processed. Bidding Increments: *All items have a starting bid at the beginning of the online bidding. Increments will follow different schedules depending on the auction. Rochester Auction House LLC reserves the right to lower the bid increment at any time if there are no bids on items when the auction is closing.
