The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this item at the buyer request prior to the close of sale. REMOVAL: Removal times are stated in the auction information. Failure to remove the items purchased by the end of business day of the last available pickup date will result in forfeiture of purchases with no refund. Seller is not responsible for providing tools or equipment to aid in removal. PAYMENT: Payment is due immediately once notified of winning bid.
