Herron Auction & Realty in cooperation with the Henderson County Kentucky Master Commission is authorized to sell to the highest bidder the contents of the property per Civil Action No. 23-CI-00539.

EQUIPMENT INSPECTION DATE: Weds, Sept. 18th, 9am-3pm cst.
Pickup: Monday,September 30th pm cst through Weds, Oct. 2nd cst. by appointment only through Shipping Saint.
10% Buyer's Premium to be added to winning bid.. All payments shall be by wire transfer, cashier's check, cash, company check with bank letter of guaranteed funds, or credit card with 5% service fee and completed credit card authorization form.
A 6% Kentucky state sales tax will be charged unless a proper tax exemption form is provided to Herron Auction and Realty.
All sales are final. No refunds.
Removal and pickup of items are the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be completed by the pickup date.
Professional rigger service, at the expense of the buyer, is required for removal on all heavy attached equipment whether bolted or electrical.
All heavy rigging will require a certificate of insurance for $1,000,000 naming Herron Auction and Realty as the insured.
All other items may be removed at your own risk.
Herron Auction and Realty will not provide personnel, assistance, tools, or equipment for removal. Bring your own labor crews, tools, equipment, and safety gear required for removal.
Pickup appointments are mandatory. Buyers will receive an email from shipping saint on September 26th following the auction to select a pickup time slot.
Herron Auction and Realty make no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, as to the accuracy of the information (including pictures, descriptions, or specifications). If there is any question, whatsoever, as to the picture(s) of any particular lot is accurate or inclusive (or exclusive) of everything being sold as a part of that lot, it is the sole responsibility of the bidder, prior to placing any bid on the lot, to verify to their complete satisfaction, what they are bidding on.
