* 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the final bid price to determine final selling price. 6% Kentucky Sales Tax will be added unless a tax exempt form is provided to Herron Auction & Realty prior to end of auction. 5% Credit card fee will be added for all credit card purchases. (Only local buyers can use credit card for payment)
Pickup Buyers: PLEASE BRING PAYMENT WITH YOU THE DAY OF PICKUP. YOU MAY PAY WITH CASH, CASHIER'S CHECK, OR CREDIT CARD THE DAY OF PICKUP. WE NO LONGER AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE THE CARD ON FILE.
OUT OF STATE BUYERS MUST PAY WITH CASHIER'S CHECK OR MONEY ORDER OR WIRE TRANSFER. NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED.
