In the event of technical issues, related to the connection to the Internet, the server, software, or any technology used, Godby Realty & Auction reserves the right of any of the following: 1) Extend the closing time of the Auction to compensate the technical delay. 2) Continue the bidding without the extension of the closing time, or 3) Close the Auction until further notice.
