Description	NOS QTY 5 Small Arms 45 ACP Suppressor Model CF-45. Comes exactly as shown. Does NOT include Tax Stamp. All NFA rules apply for suppressor purchases. Suppressors will need to be transferred to a licensed FFL Dealer with a SOT/Class 3 license. A Form 3 will need to be filed with the ATF to approve the transfer from dealer to dealer. The form 3 could take 3-5 weeks for approval. Once your dealer receives the Suppressor then you will need to file the ATF forms with fingerprints and photo. Please contact your receiving dealer to start this process. All sales of NFA items are final and no refunds or return transfers will be allowed. In the case that the ATF does not approve the tax stamp for the individual then it is the responsibility of the buyer and current dealer to decide the next process for an appeal. Please contact your Dealer for all questions regarding the transfer and new ownership of the incoming suppressor. Please have your preferred Dealer contact us after the close of the auction to start the transfer process.
