These lots carry a 5% Buyer's Premium and an 8% Sales tax (unless you are buying to resell) or have exemption paperwork. They are all located at the auction house.

These Lots come on a container straight from mainland China, and they are manufactured by AGT Industries. https://agrotkindustrial.com/ is the web link for their retail store in Chicago. This stuff is all new and as of now doesn't carry the one year warranty offered by their retail store. A few have scratches and dents from shipping so watch photos. There is a 5% Buyers Premium on these items. You may come and view them by appointment until closing date. There will be lots of interest in them from wholesalers, dealers, etc.
We have used some of these items and we have sold quite a few pieces of these. They are what they are, you be your own judge. Some of this stuff has very good reviews others not so much. But I will tell you I have had several people take the mini-excavators home and come back and buy another one.
All things that has a motor is shipped with fuel in them. Remember that they are loaded into the container, the container is taking to the port, loaded in a boat, spends 30 days at sea, offloaded in California into a train car and sent to the Gardner intermodal where is it offloaded and delivered here, so the stuff has been moved a few times. Once it leaves here the sale is considered final.
