TERMS AND CONDITIONS Vehicles are sold "as-is". Where is, in existing condition. No warranty. There is no guarantee expressed or implied from the seller or agent and there are no returns or refunds. Vehicles are sold at auction unless the owner/lien holder/insurance company redeems the amount due before 5 p.m. the day before the sale. All City Tow reserves the right to pull any vehicle from the sale if necessary. Vehicles are sold by possessory lien with a bill of sale only. If no VIN on item no paperwork to apply for a title would be available. MISSOURI LIENS: Some vehicles may have a lien from another state. If there is a lien from the other state is is cleared in Kansas. It will/may not clear the lien in the original state. For example: If it is registered in Missouri, the lien will remain on vehicle and may prevent it from being titled in Missouri until lien in cleared. It will not prevent it from being registered in Kansas. If you are a Missouri resident please contact your local DMV for steps you will need to take to title your vehicle in Missouri. PAPERWORK: Paperwork to apply for a title is available for purchase the week of the sale for $100 cash * see more information below. There is no guarantee that you will be able to obtain a title. If there are issues, contact the tow lot for assistance. All sales are final. Please note: You purchase the paperwork to apply for a title, which you take to your local/state DMV-you are not given a title directly from the tow lot. If there is a lien on the vehicle it clears in Kansas, but may not clear in any other state. SOLD AS IS-PLEASE INSPECT BEFORE BIDDING. All information provided regarding the condition of the vehicle is deemed dependable but is not guaranteed. We strongly encourage bidders to preview vehicles in person before bidding. All information should be independently verified by the bidder. The tow lot will advise what they are aware of regarding the vehicles. (For example: no brakes, runs and moves, missing motor parts). Some vehicles have batteries or keys, some may not. Miles per odometer reading, if available. A complete inspection of the vehicle should be made by the bidder prior to the auction by the bidder. No comments by the seller or auction company constitute a professional inspection or advice. REGISTRATION: Register online: You must be over 18 with a legal photo ID and a valid credit card in your name. If you are the winning bidder, you will need to present these in person at pick up. Upon registration your credit card will be verified and preapproval up to $500 may be made to verify that funds will be available if you are the successful bidder. This is the same card that will be debited if you are the high bidder-see payment information for more details. Preview is available by appointment. ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT AND FEE INFO: There is a 6% per vehicle premium and a $25 per vehicle processing fee added to the purchase price total. Please plan accordingly. TERMS OF PAYMENT: Mastercard, Discover, Visa or funds wired from a bank account in your name to Hiatt Auction LLC's bank. We do not accept Cash apps. Credit card payments are debited at end of sale. Wired funds must be processed at the bank no later than 3 PM sale day-no exceptions! Please have your funds ready prior to bidding. Failure to make payment will result in a permanent ban. If you do not have the money, do not bid. ***WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH, CHECKS, OR CREDIT CARD APPS FOR VEHICLE INVOICE PAYMENT** You must bring the physical credit card used to show at pick up along with your photo id in person. PAYMENT: Apx. 30 minutes after the sale is closed all successful bids will be invoiced. **Local invoices under $2,000: your credit card will immediately be processed. And you will be e-mailed a paid invoice. **If the invoice total is over $2,000 if you are out of the area or not picking up in person: You will be required to initiate a wire transfer from your financial institution to be initiated no later than 3 PM sale day. Failure to do so will make you subject to a $200 fee and may result in a permanent ban from all sales and will be reported as a no pay in the HiBid system. Please plan with your bank and Hiatt auction 24 hours prior to bidding to avoid any complications. It is a simple process. Any issues with processing must be rectified immediately with Hiatt auction or you will risk being permanently banned from all auctions. There are no cancellations, chargebacks, or refunds at this auction. After completed payment is verified the buyer will be emailed a copy of their paid invoice. PAPERWORK: When picking up a vehicle the buyer will acquire the bill of sale from All City Tow. At pick up, buyer is strongly encouraged to purchase the paperwork to apply for a title. You will need this paperwork to obtain a title from the DMV when you go to license your vehicle. Paperwork fee at pick up $100.00 cash to tow lot. After the week of the sale, the cost is an additional $25 through the month and an additional $25 per month after that. As previously stated, the paperwork does not guarantee a title. If you have any issues, please contact the tow lot for assistance. PICK UP: You must schedule an appointment for pick up via the link emailed with your invoice. You must pick up vehicles in person with your paid invoice, legal photo id and credit card used for payment in hand. If sending a company truck or another tow company to pick up your vehicles: you must pay with bank wire transfer from an account in your name. Email Hiatt auction an authorization releasing the vehicle to the person or company picking it up. Supply the pickup driver with a copy of the paid invoice. Do not show up without an appointment. If sending agent appointments are still required. Do not schedule an appointment until your vehicles are paid for as advised. Failure to pick up by Friday will result in storage fees of $25 per calendar day starting Saturday following the sale. If not picked up after that the tow lot may consider the vehicle abandoned by buyer. iF HAVING A COMPANY OR ANOTHER INVIDVIDUAL/agen PICK UP YOU MUST: Pay with a bank wire transfer/Direct deposit AND send an email to All City Tow with the name of who you are authorizing to pick up. The appointment is still required. No shipping. Local pick up only-in person by registered buyer with legal photo id, credit card used for verification and paid invoice. Call All City Tow at 913-371-1000 to get a quote for towing if needed. If sending an agent payment must be made by wired funds from your bank. No repairs or clean out allowed at the tow lot. The buyer is responsible for themselves and the vehicle. Absolutely no one on the lot under the age of 18. TECH INFO: The auction will start closing in lot order every 20 seconds on Tuesday 10 a.m. we encourage you to place your minimum and maximum bid any time prior to the 10 a.m. start, especially if you will not be available to watch the auction and bid online when the closing starts. In the case of a tie bid the earliest bid wins. Please be aware that internet lag or interruption can occur. ***Please be sure you are in the **live catalog** on auction day. It is the only place that shows real time bidding. If you are in the "my bids" section, it only updates apx. Every 40 seconds. Also be sure to refresh your screen periodically. Microsoft may put it in "sleep" mode and not show current information. In case of a network system error the auction may need to restart at the auctioneer's discretion that is fair to all parties. Failure to abide by the terms and conditions can result in not being allowed to bid in the future at all city tow, any other Hiatt auction LLC conducted auctions or other HiBid auctions.
