Auction Terms & Condition All Bidders acknowledge to have read, comprehend, and agree to the following terms & conditions set forth by Demry Auction LLC. All bidders agree to be legally bound to these terms & conditions. All announcements made by the Auctioneer shall supersede any printed material. Demry Auction LLC. reserves the right to deny and or terminate bidding privileges at any time.
Buyers: Once invoiced, all items must be paid for day of auction unless prior arrangements have been made. Please email demryauctionllc@outlook.com with invoice and or bidder number with payment arrangements. Any unpaid bills will result in revoked bidding privileges/immediate legal action. Terms: Cash, Check (with proper identification and letter of credit from your bank), & Wire Transfer accepted. Credit Cards (Master Card, Visa, or Discover) will be charged 3.00% in addition to the purchased amount. This applies to onsite and Internet bidders. NO BUYERS PREMIUM FOR ON-SITE BUYERS. Buyer’s Premium for ONLINE bidders Only: HiBid: 5% BP on first $20,000 & 2% on the balance. This BP will be added to your final invoice total. No Sales Tax charged at this auction! All items to be removed from the auction site day of auction by 5 PM or by appointment. Seller will accommodate long distance and out of state buyers with an alternative pick-up date. All purchased items become the responsibility of the purchaser as soon as the item is sold. Immediately when an item is Sold it becomes the property and responsibility of the Buyer. It is the buyer’s responsibility to insure purchases as needed immediately.
All items sell “AS-IS” “Where-Is” with no warranties or guarantees by the Seller(s) or the Auction company. All sales are Final. The described condition or representation of hours, use, and miles is provided as a courtesy, and not guaranteed by the Seller(s) or the Auction company. The Bidder is responsible for determining his or her opinion of the condition, and authenticity of an item before purchasing the item, not after. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the item of interest prior to bidding on it. After a bidder has won the bid, all risk of loss and damage passes to the bidder, even though the bidder may have not paid for the item yet. Buyers should guard their items accordingly. The Seller(s) and the Auction Company and all of its Associates are not responsible for loss, theft, damages, or accidents.
For Online Bidders: By placing bids, you agree to follow all of the terms and conditions and make payment and take possession of purchased items. Although we strive to provide the best internet connections and software available, please understand that internet speeds and reliability will vary. The Auction company is not responsible for lost connection or software failures that result in lost or unaccepted bids.
This will be a fast-paced auction and quick bidding will be required. All bidders agree to receive text, email, & or postage notifications about our upcoming events. All auctions are considered to be with reserve unless specifically stated otherwise. Reserves, if any, are not disclosed. The bid increment schedule is subject to change during the live auction. This will be determined by the auctioneer as needed for the flow of the auction.
