APEX Auctions presents another great Storage Unit Auction! There are two units up for bid in this auction. Contents are high quality home goods, tools, camping equipment, furniture & more. Conex containers are not included with the lots, however the 40' conex is for sale separately. Please reach out with any questions. 907-375-1960 Pickups for these 2 lots are by appointment only. APEX Auctions will reach out to winning bidders to schedule pickup and disclose Anchorage location. Winning bidders have 30 days to fully clean out conex containers. All items must be removed from the container or a clean out fee of $150 will be assessed.

1	Entire Contents of a Filled 40' Conex
Conex is not included with the lot, but is available for purchase separately. This lot is for the entire contents of a 40' conex storage container. The container is filled to the brim with high quality home goods, furniture, tools & more! Little to no trash inside as the container is personally owned and recently gone through. Winning bidder has 30 days to fully empty out the storage container. Winning bidder must come prepared to empty out the container fully; a clean-out fee of $150 will be assessed if anything remains in the container. 40' Conex is available for purchase for $6500. Anchorage delivery of conex runs approximately $300.

Conex is not included with the lot. This lot is for the entire contents of a filled 20' conex storage container. The container is filled to the brim with home goods, camping equipment, storage cabinets, tools & more! Little to no trash inside as the container is personally owned and recently gone through. Winning bidder has 30 days to fully empty out the storage container. Winning bidder must come prepared to empty out the container fully; a clean-out fee of $150 will be assessed if anything remains in the container. This 20' conex is not available for sale.
