Items begin closing at 7:00 P.M. and will close at a rate of three per minute.
There will be a 2 day cashout for items won:
Friday, August 30 from 10:00 PM - 2:00 PM
Saturday, August 31 from 9:00am - 11:00 am
Winning bidders will be contacted by email with their invoice and pick-up instructions following the completion of this auction. Please look for an email at the completion of the auction. All instructions will be in the invoiced email sent out to the winners. The email will come from Live Oak Auctions. We usually have invoices sent out close to an hour after the last bid of the auction.

There will be a 2 Day pick up for items won. All winners will be expected to make arrangements for pick up and payment during this time. Winners of salvage items that require additional time, effort, and equipment will be given additional time by appointment to acquire their items. All items must be removed from the property by September 20.
Customers who are bidding on agricultural or architectural salvage items:
All customers who will be extracting salvage items which are attached to houses, barns, pens, etc. or large items such as silos, the chicken coop, or shed, etc. will be required to sign a waiver stating that the property owner and Live Oak Auctions are not liable for accidents which may cause injury.
Customers who will be extracting salvage and large items will need to bring any tools or equipment as well as plenty of help necessary to disassemble (if necessary), load, and haul their items.
Customers who will be extracting salvage and large items including, but not limited, to the examples above, will be required to pay for their items during the posted 2 day cashout (cash or credit). These customers will then make arrangements with Live Oak Auctions for an appointment to come and take their items.
