In-House Shipping Policy:
We offer discounted shipping rates with no handling fees, as we have partnered with major shipping carriers to give you the best rates and the best options for each package we ship to you!
*We do NOT ship outside the Continental United States.
*We ONLY ship to the shipping address on file with HiBid. Schneider Family Auction will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
*All shipping is processed within 10 business days. For large parcels, processing time may extend up to 4 days. Shipping is not processed during holidays or weekends. We combine multiple lots/items into the same box as possible while ensuring all items are packed and arrive safely.
*Shipping may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control, if you haven’t received your item(s) within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, contact shipping carrier.
*All items shipped will be insured and Schneider Family Auction is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you haven't received your items or they are damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods as any claims necessary will be between the winning bidder and shipping carrier.
*Items without paid shipping will be considered abandoned property unless we have come to a special pickup agreement BEFORE close of auction with a nominal pickup fee. Abandoned property will be disposed of or put back into inventory for future auctions. We also reserve the right to ban non-paying bidders from current and future auctions without notice.
