The revolver is part of a Limited Edition of 1,000 revolver and Bowie Knife sets. Number #458 The Bowie knife with 9 1/4 inch blade and stag handle with a recessed Colt medallion. The handle frame is marked "0458", the blade is marked "CT-33/HANDCRAFTED/GERMANY" on one side and "COLT/SINCE 1836" on the opposite. The blade is etched with cowboy scenes with gold filled scroll type accents. The set is complete in a plexiglass covered display case with pedestals for the revolver, knife and a commemorative medallion, numbered to the revolver and knife, which sets in a wooden "tower" carved "Colt Cowboy" above the medallion and the Rampant Colt below. The XP-100 was one of the first handguns designed for long-range shooting. Chambered in 7mm BR REM and features a 14.5 barrel set into a nylon stock with a unique center-mounted grip. The 7mm BR Rem barrels were only produced between 1980-1985. This pistol comes paired with a Burris 1.5x-4x Scope. It was a reproduction of a parkerized WWII USGI M1911A1 Pistol. Close to 4,000 units would be produced before production ended in December of 2002.These pistols are parkerized with plastic stocks. It features a W.B. inspectors stamp on the left side below the slide stop which would be similar to what is found on a 1942 production M1911A1. This Teddy Roosevelt Edition features Beautiful engravings with gold inlay called the “Highly Finished winchester #3 Pattern". Of Course, on the model 1895, This motif is interpreted into a double scene. One above and one below the receiver shows two scenes portraying large bighorn sheep with each ram accompanied by a ewe. The opposite side highlights a bull elk on the top on both sides the vignettes are accented with gold borders, with the entire magazine and lever embellished with detailed, engraved scrollwork. This, coupled with the exquisite, classic H-style checkering, gives this Rifle a look unlike most other engraved rifles. Lastly each stock and forearm are made of high grade american walnut just as you would expect from the “Highly Finished” winchesters of the past. The Stock is beautifully glossed with a gold trigger offering the final accent. ONLY 3000 High Grade Model 1895s were ever made for worldwide markets. Make: Ejercito Model: 1927 Caliber: 11.25mm Action: Semi Barrel: 5 Bore: Shiny Serial # 74846 Condition: Very Good Country: Pistol There were only 10,000 of these pistols made by Colt for the Argentine Army (Ejercito Argentino) under contract in 1927. The pistol is basically a '1911A1' (post 1924) configuration and featured a World War I style (Pre-A1 version) wide spur hammer withcheckering, short checkered trigger and a checkered (arched) mainspring housing with lanyard loop. All of these Colts had a deep blue finish. Production is said to have begun in July, 1927 and ended in February, 1928. After the initial 10,000 units were produced, the Argentine government purchased a license to build the 'Model 1927' pistol in Argentina under the markings 'FMAP' which stood for 'Fabrica Militar de Armas Portatiles' (Argentine Military Small Arms Factory) and these guns began with serial #24,000 through 112,494. These guns are of questionable quality, fit and finish. Most of these FMAP pistol exhibit horrific wear due to poor quality steel and heat treating. Most pistols having been refinished at least once with gray parkerizing instead of the original blue. Overall very good condition with a shiny bore.

It utilizes an adjustable front blade sight and fixed V notch rear sight that is located on the rear toggle link.
