What this means: upon bidding registration you will be required to provide a valid debit or credit card to bid on an active auction. The VALID card that you registered with is how your invoice will be paid at the conclusion of the auction. This gives other interested bidders time to raise their bid before the lot closes. A "staggered" ending means that each lot will close 30 seconds after the previous lot so that all lots do not end at the same time.
