This Auction is an OnLine Pick Up Only Auction which runs from Thursday September 5th to Tuesday September 10th at 7:00pm EST (Soft Close) NO SHIPPING-Pick-Up ONLY-NO EXCEPTIONS! Please ensure you, or someone you know, can pick up your winning items during the Specified Pick Up Times PRIOR to bidding on them. AUCTION PICK UP LOCATION: Harris Place, Ottawa, ON K2G 2P3 PICK UP DATE AND TIMES: Friday September 13th 3pm-6pm Saturday September 14th 10am-12am In this Estate Sale you will find an assortment of vintage and new furniture, collectibles, household decor, tems, tools, garden items and many unique and one of a kind items. How to Bid This is an Online-Only Auction . You can browse the items without registering, however, if you wish to place a bid, you will need to register. Auction will end (Soft Close) at 7pm EST on Tuesday September 10th, 2024. If you cannot attend the "live" bidding starting at 7pm on Tuesday, you can set a maximum bid and the system will bid on your behalf, just enough to keep you in the lead. This feature is the surest way to win the items you're interested in at the lowest possible price, only up to the amount you specified. We have a two-minute soft close policy on each lot. This means that if a bidder enters a bid within two minutes of the lot’s initial closing time, a two-minute extension will be added on. The lot will not close until bidding is static for two minutes.
