After over 50 years serving Circleville, Cellar Lumber consolidated their locations recently. Southern Ohio Development purchased the property and additionally the remaining inventory contents and equipment. Purchased resulted in around 1400 lots for this auction, including almost every type of item that was sold in there store, lumber yard, and items to run the operation.
