Buyer's premium is a fee applied to the winning bid at an auction and is designed to cover various expenses associated with the auction process. This fee typically covers the cost of organizing and conducting the auction, compensates for the loss of the second-highest bidder in case the highest bidder backs off, covers service fees to credit card and payment companies, and is also be used for generating refunds in case of any discrepancies or issues with the auction process. In short, the buyer's premium is a necessary component of the auction process that helps ensure that the auction is conducted smoothly and efficiently while also protecting the interests of both the buyer and the seller. " A processing and handling fee of $20 will be applied. " Free Expidited insured and trackable shipping for purchases over $1000. " All goods are shipped only to the Billing Address. " Priority shipping with insurance and tracking is available for $80 within the USA and Canada.
