OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Preview Tuesdays through Saturdays from 10 am until 4 pm.
Seller has no history on vehicle. These are impounded or abandoned vehicles. Vehicles were never reclaimed. All vehicles are in UNKNOWN WORKING CONDITION and sold AS IS, WHERE IS with NO WARRANTIES implied or expressed. Item preview is highly recommended and bidding without previewing is strongly discouraged. Additional information may not be available except through personal inspection at item preview (when previews are offered).
Vehicle Paperwork:
A Texas Storage Lien Packet/Certificate will be issued on the vehicle. The paperwork will be mailed to you within one week after the sale. Take the packet to the tax office to register for title. All paperwork will be made out in the company name as it appears on the winning bidder's invoice. If no company name is given it will be listed in the individual name exactly as it appears on the winning bidder's invoice at the time of auction close. All title paperwork will appear exactly like it is on your invoice. No changes to paperwork will be allowed. Very occasionally, there are problems with the vehicle storage lien paperwork sent by the vehicle storage facility. If a title is not able to be obtained, you may be issued a refund for the purchase price but not for any repairs done to the item purchased. The vehicle will have to be returned to the vehicle storage facility with the original paperwork before a refund is issued. VSF Auto Auctions will help coordinate fixing any issues in obtaining title with the Vehicle Storage Facility, but is ultimately not responsible for title paperwork. If you are out of state, you will need to check with your tax office/DMV to see if they accept Texas storage lien packets for title.
Bidders outside of Texas, will be required to send a copy of their ID and credit card in order to bid.

All persons participating in the on-line bidding agree to and accept these terms and conditions . All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with NO warranties implied or expressed. No allowance, or refund will be given. Any descriptions are for identification purposes only. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to have inspected thoroughly the items and to have satisfied himself or herself as to its condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. All participants hereby agree and accept that VSF Auto Auctions will not be held responsible for any errors and will not stop payment or dispute the sale.

Auction Terms & Conditions Auction Terms & Conditions: All persons desiring to bid online and live must be registered prior to the auction and must have obtained a Bidder's Number. Must be 18 years of age to register with picture ID.
VSF Auto Actions LLC, herein after referred to as the Auctioneer, reserves the right to add to or withdraw from the auction any items listed or not listed.
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no warranty, expressed or implied. The Auctioneer shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defect in any lot and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance, or refund will be made on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to have inspected thoroughly the merchandise and to have satisfied himself or herself as to its condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment.
The Auctioneer is acting as Agent for the Seller and all representations made by Auctioneer are made on behalf of the Seller. The Auctioneer is not responsible for the acts or representations of the Seller. Any action or recourse will be directed to the Seller and not to the Auctioneer.
Settlement must be made in full immediately upon the completion of the auction by cash, or credit card. Merchandise not paid for and removed within the specified time period may be resold without notice.
Upon the sale of each lot, the Auctioneer announces the final sale price and successful Bidder number. All questions or disputes regarding Buyer, lot identity, price or quantity must be resolved immediately upon the sale of the lot. No changes or adjustments will be made at any later time. The record of the sale kept by the Auctioneer and sale clerk will be taken as final in the event of any dispute.
All persons attending preparation, inspection, sale or removal of merchandise assume all risks whatsoever of damage or loss to person and property and specifically release the Auctioneer of liability.
All descriptions of items for sale contained or provided orally or in writing at the time of the auction are believed to be correct, but the Auctioneer makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy of any such description, and hereby specifically disclaims any such warranty.
The Buyer agrees that any item successfully bid upon will be paid for by the Buyer immediately following the conclusion of the auction .

YOUR CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED AUTOMATICALLY FOR PAYMENT. IF CARD IS DECLIINED YOU HAVE 48 HRS TO MAKE PAYMENT. CONTACT VSF AUTO AUCTIONS TO PAY VIA PAYPAL, WIRE, ZELLE OR CASHIERS CHECK. If paying with cashier's check or money order, a picture of the front and back of check must be emailed to cars@vsfautoauctions.com and the original check must be left with the dispatcher when you pick up the car. Payment must be made by end of following day.

Shipping / Pick Up
VSF Auto Auctions nor Sure Storage will not be responsible for the loading of auctioned vehicles. It is strongly recommended to bring a tow truck to remove the vehicle. Buyers of auctioned vehicles shall make their own arrangements. Must have paid invoice and photo ID to pickup vehicles. Vehicles must be picked up 5 days after auction end date. Pick up times are available 10 am to 4 pm Tuesday thru Saturday.
