AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS ONLINE BIDDERS- All items sell as is/where is, with any and all faults and flaws. Items sell with NO warranty stated or implied on any item. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS. NO REFUNDS. PREVIEW- Lot preview times will be located in the Auction description. PICK UP & LOAD OUT- Winning bidders must pick up their items the morning after the auction closes, starting @ 12pm. Bidders are responsible for contacting Brown's Auction House LLC by 5pm to make any arrangements for items to be shipped. Any items not picked up or arrangements made, will incur a storage fee of 5$ per day per item. After 7 days, the item or items will be sold to pay for storage. SHIPPING- Brown's Auction House will ship items AT BUYERS EXPENSE. Shipping will be charged to Buyer at actual cost of shipping method used by buyer plus a shipping and handling fee of 5$ per box.
