Ogden, Utah 84404 *** FOR AUCTION SPECIFIC DETAILS: PLEASE READ THROUGH ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS THEY ARE DIFFERENT FROM PAST AUCTIONS. ** BIDDER DEPOSITS**** $200 deposit hold to be approved to bid. If you do not make a purchase your deposit hold- $200 minus the credit card fee= $193.10, will be released the day after the auction this may take up to 14 days to show up on your credit card statement. If you are the winning bidder of an item we will apply your bidder deposit of $193.10 to your invoice or refund it back to the card that was used. Due to Squares card fee policy we will refund or apply your $200 deposit MINUS THE CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE of ($193.10) to your invoice. If your invoice does not exceed the $193.10 then the balance will be refunded back to the card that was used. This may take 14 business days to show on your credit card statement. If you are farm exempt you will need to provide us with a filled out TC-721 Exemption form. We do not provide this. If you do not provide this form you will be taxed. invoices will be emailed to all winning bidders within 1 hour of the completion of the auction. If you would like to pick up your item within the pickup dates, make sure you have a paid invoice or make arrangements to have cash to bring the day of pickup. Saturday November 9th from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. It is the customer's responsibility to bring their own tools, pallets, or straps for hauling materials - we do not provide these. Note: By accepting the terms and conditions of this auction you are entering into a binding contract and if you are the highest bidder on any item you will be required to pay for the items in accordance to the terms set forth in the terms and conditions of sale. 1) INTERNET ONLY AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All items sold "as is where is" with any faults.
