Your card on file with HiBid will be charged for your purchase(s) on the pickup date; once all shipping & handling charges are known, your card will be charged again for these fees. All items must be paid for and picked up on Saturday, October 5, 2024 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm CDT at 3715 Stagecoach Rd., Hickman, NE. Any items not picked up during the allotted time without prior arrangements will be charged a late fee of a 5%, with a $5 minimum. This fee will be added to the buyers invoice and will be paid by using credit/debit card on file. Bring your Own Help for Hauling / Loading. Any items not picked up on the pickup date (SATURDAY, October 5, 2024) unless arrangments are made prior to pickup, may be disposed of at the discretion of the auction company. Vandertook Auction LLC reserves the right to modify or change pickup dates and times in cases of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Buyers will be notified. Buyer's Premium & taxes apply. Please be aware there is a 5.5% sales tax (vehicles exempt) on all purchases unless you have a tax-exempt number on file with our company. The buyer's premium is 15% and applied to all purchases. There is a $300 per lot maximum buyers premium. All property is sold "AS IS-WHERE IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the BIDDER'S RESPONSIBILITY to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factor.
