Auction to be held at the Site (Search 21500 Bulick Ave, Adrian MN 56110) 160.00 Total Acres (More or Less) in Lismore Township, Nobles County, Minnesota FARM NUMBERS USDA - Farmland 159.95 Acres, Cropland 87.06 Acres, Nobles County CER Index is 35.02. FSA Farm Record has a Corn Base Acres of 44.70 and Soybean Base Acres of 42.36 . The DCP Cropland acres are 87.06. The records also state that the "Tract does contain a wetland or farmable wetland". All mineral rights owned by the Seller, if any, will be conveyed to the Buyer(s). Closing on or before October 22nd, 2024. Possession after the removal of the 2024 crop (not before closing). Immediately upon conclusion of the auction, the high bidder(s) will enter into a real estate contract with the Seller(s).
