Terms and Conditions for Auction By participating in this auction, you agree to the following terms and conditions: As-Is/Where-Is Sale: All units are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees provided by the seller. The units are untested, and the buyer assumes all responsibility for the condition and operation of the units. Payment Terms: Cashier’s Check is required for any amount over $2500. Payments must be made in full within 48 hours of the auction closing. Any bid placed is a binding agreement to pay the bid amount. No bids can be retracted after the auction closes. Buyer Responsibility: The buyer must take possession of all units won in the auction. No partial purchases are allowed. The buyer is responsible for loading and transporting the units. The seller will not provide any assistance with loading or transportation. No Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided for any reason. Default and Non-Payment: If the buyer fails to make payment or fulfill any of the outlined terms, the seller reserves the right to cancel the sale and offer the units to the next highest bidder or retain them. Inspection: Prospective buyers are encouraged to inspect the units prior to bidding. Inspections can be arranged by appointment.
