All equipment is sold “AS IS” without warranty either expressed or implied. All sales are final.
By bidding on an item, the bidder shows acceptance of the terms of the auction and acceptance of the items being bid on.
Climax Equipment Inc. does not verify the authenticity of mileage/hours, nor do we verify the operational condition of the odometer/hours meter. We report what is shown on the meter at the time of listing. All equipment is advertised to the best of our knowledge. Please call us with questions or to schedule a time to inspect the equipment in-person.
A Buyer’s Premium will be added to each item sold. Please refer to the specific terms of each auction on the marketing flier or website information for the buyer’s premium percentage.

Payments are required via Wire Transfer, Cash, Credit Card (3% additional surcharge), E-transfer or Certified Cheque.
Payments are required to be paid in full within three (3) business days of auction close. No items will be released until payment is made in full.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping arrangements.
Please schedule loading and pick-up arrangements at least 24 hours prior to picking up equipment.
An invoice will be sent to the email address registered after the sale concludes. Applicable sales tax will be applied. No Sales tax to be paid on Farm Equipment.
Sales Tax Exemptions for Exporters: If you have no business interest in Canada and reside in the US, you can hire an independent third-party contractor to load and deliver the equipment to you. In that event, A BILL OF LADING IS REQUIRED from the contract hauler. No items will be released without this document.
