Auctioneer has the right to refuse any bids at an time. You feedback from other auction houses will be used to determine if you are allowed to bid. If you have any negative feedback, you may be refused the option to bid. If you are the high bidder and it is discovered that you have a non paying history or is deemed an unsafe buyer, your bid will be canceled and you will be blocked from bidding again. If I try to contact you about feedback from other auction houses and you do not return my correspondence within 24 hours or within 1 hour from the close of the first lot, your bid will be deleted and you will be banned from bidding again.
If your credit card is declined and I have to contact you for payment, I will charge an additional $5 to your card for the hassle.
Checkout and pickup will be on December 8 12-3 EST You may pay cash or check at time of pickup, Credit Card also Accepted. A 15% buyers premium will be charged with a 4% discount for paying with cash or check.
