From the workshops of Simms & Thayer in Vineyard Haven, Massachusetts. It is designed in a mid-18th-century canopy style with tapered octagonal posts, lambs, tongue chamfers, and brass decorative medallions hiding hardware. It was assembled in place so the bidder would have an idea of how to reassemble it. Measures 64" x 84" 86.5" (WxHxD). The item is located on the second floor and will need to be disassembled.

A possibles bag is a haversack style bag a hunter would have used in the 1800s. This antique possibles bag maintains slight wear and tear on the upper leather, an intact strap, and boasts the horn that would have carried gunpowder.
