Shipping is available on most SMALLER ITEMS - (will not ship large items, furniture, ammunition, some glass items (easily breakable), or any liquid products).
WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO ADDRESS REGISTERED WITH HIBID - NO EXCEPTIONS!
Buyer's Premium for all internet bidding is 15%
Sales Tax Collected 7%
Credit Card Fee for all internet bidding is 3%
(sales tax is charged on total of invoice including buyer's premium and credit card fees)
All items are sold AS IS. Absolutely NO REFUNDS or CHARGE BACKS.
You are bidding on previously owned or used items and/or assorted merchandise of returns, shelf pulls, overstocks-some items may be new, used, damaged, missing pieces, or out of date (expired).
NOTE- We do not necessarily examine items, open boxes to check for damage. and/or test items for working conditions - Do not rely solely on photos or descriptions to make buying decisions. It is the bidders responsibility to determine the condition, age, genuineness, value, and any other determinative factor. Description & photos are offered as a guide only.
PREVIEW Days are (Monday and Tuesday from 10:00am-6:00pm)

BRING ANY HELP/Tools/Equipment/Packing Material that you may need.
WE WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE TO HELP YOU LOAD ITEMS.
We will show you where your items are located, but YOU THE BUYER ARE RESPONSIBLE TO MOVE AND LOAD YOUR ITEMS.
Note- When Picking up items, please know your Bidder # (located above your name on your invoice). This will help to speed up check out time-thank you.
Reminder -Check your items and make sure you have everything before you leave the pick up location.

CASH OPTION ENDS 5:30pm on Tuesday-
If you want to pay with cash, you must pick up items by 5:30pm on Tuesday - if not, then in accordance with the Auctions Terms and Conditions, your credit card will be charged for the total invoiced amount. A declined credit card will result in an additional $25.00 fee.
***Please bring a copy of the invoice and your OWN PACKING MATERIALS / HELP LOADING IF NEEDED. If not picked up and paid for by 5:30 PM Tuesday, then in accordance with the Auctions Terms and Conditions, your credit card will be charged for the total invoiced amount. A declined credit card will result in an additional $25.00 fee.

IF SHIPPING IS NEEDED...
After receiving invoice, please send shipping request email to belltowerauctions@gmail.com.
Your item(s) will be shipped USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground - with a minimum $7.50 handling/packing fee PLUS the cost of shipping (note: additional handling fees may be added for large quantities, packing material, special packing of items).
**Some items may be taken to Going Postal (local shipping service) and they will contact you by phone / email for payment of shipping cost.
Please note that the price of shipping, packing items, and labor continues to be on the increase. PLEASE TAKE THE HIGHER SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES INTO CONSIDERATION BEFORE YOU BID.
We will combine shipping when possible- (note - some items are unable to ship together - example glass items and heavy items).
Shipping and Handling fees will be added to your invoice and your card on file will be charged.
At this time we will only ship to the U.S. Address.
If the lot is not marked “Shipping Available” or it is a large item or breakable, then PLEASE EMAIL shipping request to BellTowerAuctions@gmail.com to confirm shipping is an option.
Please give us a few days to get your items packed and shipped. Bell Tower Auctions, LLC is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damage or lost items during shipping.
***Very Important- at the end of the auction-please send a shipping request email to include auction number and lot number to belltowerauctions@gmail.com. Please include item description and lot number in email. Bell Tower Auctions, LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping. Upon receiving a shipping email request, your item will be packed for shipping and fees adding to your credit card on file for payment.

Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Bell Tower Auctions at its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding or reschedule the closing date of the auction and resell any items/lots that were affected by any malfunction or interruption of service. The decision of Bell Tower Auctions is Final.
