Checkout Date/Time Pick Up is on Tuesday Dec. 3, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM and Wednesday Dec 4, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST in New Castle, IN 47362. Address will be sent to winning bidders at the end of the Auction. Lots 1-400's are on the main level of the home, which is up a flight of outdoor stairs. Lots 500-800's are in the garage/basement on ground level. Movers will be on site Tuesday, Dec. 3rd from 1 pm to 5 pm available to pay independently per piece to load out furniture and large items due to home being on second level.

Mrs. Rains is downsizing and selling the contents of her home, consisting of very nice furniture, Thomas Kincaid, Home Goods, TV's, Christmas Items, Electronics, Mobility Items, Craftsman Tool Boxes, Snow Blower, Pressure Washer, Woodworking Tools and Much More. Lots with Reserve Have Very Reasonable Reserves Please Note: Home sits on Garage/Basement that is on ground level, There are Exterior Steps to the Main Level of Home. Lots 1-400's are on the main level with steps and lots 500-800's are on the garage/basement walkout level. Movers will be on site at pick up on Tuesday, Dec. 3rd from 1 pm to 5 pm and can be paid independently to bring your items down to ground level and load vehicle. If purchasing shipped items, there will be a $6.99 packaging and handling fee per box shipped and we do combine shipping. Maximum size box we will ship is 12x10x8. All shipping will be done on Thursdays. We do charge actual shipping charges based on USPS or FedEx rates, whichever is cheaper. No shipping to PO Boxes. 1} Payments will be processed with the credit card on file after auction is complete, cash buyers must inform us by Sunday Before auction end in order to avoid card being charged at the end of Auction. 2) Anyone Needing Shipping must email us by end of day Monday following auction end at info@newlife-auctions.com. Shipping and Handling charge will be added after the item is packed and weighed. We only ship within the contiguous US. New Life Auction reserves the right to hold winning bid items until payment has been cleared. 3) Buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with a credit card. 4) Loss of Bidding Privileges: If you have failed to pay for an item, or failed to timely pick-up items, your bidding privileges can be revoked. Your privileges may be restored by paying for the item and by placing a credit card on permanent file where future purchases will automatically be charged.
The winning bidder is responsible for arranging removal of the items. Tools may be required for a few items, will be noted in description of lot. Removal shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. No help is available on site for wrapping or boxing. Bring the appropriate help please. Items that are noted as being on main level of home do have to be carried down outside steps on the home. Note that there will be 2 movers on site that can be paid independantly to bring your items down to ground level.
