Ronald Hall was a 1957 graduate of Frankton High School, and on Aug. 30, 1958, he married Carolyn (Wimer) Hall. Soon after graduation, Ron became an apprentice electrician, and eventually a journeyman electrician, for Ford Motor Co. in Indianapolis, where he retired from after 46 years. Ron always had a love of racing. While still in high school, he assisted his father in building and racing their own cars at Anderson Speedway and various other tracks. Together they were able to win the Little 500 at Anderson Speedway on three occasions. Ron loved to share the memory of how Roy Rogers was in attendance at one of these victories, and presented them with the winner's trophy. Later in life, Ron would pursue racing again, this time with his son, Mark. As a team, they would compete in six Little 500'S, and many dirt sprint car races. Throughout his life, Ron loved being with his family and friends.
