If you are the high bidder and it is discovered that you have a non paying history or is deemed an unsafe buyer, your bid will be canceled and you will be blocked from bidding again. High dollar items will not be shipped until payment has cleared the auction house account. If I try to contact you about feedback from other auction houses and you do not return my correspondence within 24 hours or within 1 hour from the close of the first lot, your bid will be deleted and you will be banned from bidding again. If your purchased items are not picked up within 30 days from the close of the auction they were purchased from, I reserve the right to resell your items or to dispose of them. I will work with people past this 30 day requirement as long as you stay in contact with me, but if you don't return my calls or messages then it is 30 days no exceptions. No refund will be given for items already paid for. Unfortunately I have several that have not returned calls or emails. I work on all my shipping items the following week after the pickup date. I do all my own packing and shipping unless you buy more than ten pounds worth of glass items. I can no longer handle the large heavy boxes full of glass. If your glass items need to be shipped, they will be packaged by United Postal Service in Vincennes Indiana who will contact you with a shipping total. If United Postal packages you items, there will be two separate credit card charges. One for the invoice and one for the shipping If you are not able to make the pickup date but would like to pick up your items in person at a different time, please contact me as soon as possible after the close of the auction.
