Terms And Conditions Auction begins November 5th at 3 PM CST, bidding begins to soft close on November 12th at 3 PM CST. Preview: November 10th 12-1. Pickup Day is November 14th, 10-6 PM. YOU MUST SCHEDULE PICKUP FOR THIS AUCTION! Only one buyer in the building at a time to pick up. DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT COMPLY WITH ALL OUR TERMS All items must be picked up on specified pickup day, listed above. PICKUP LOCATION: 6364 Nevada Rd. Macon, IL 62544. (1/4 WEST of Boody, IL-turn at the water tower). You must provide your own transportation and help to load items you purchase. MOST LOCATIONS HAVE STAIRS-BE PREPARED. Fixtures, windows, doors, HVAC etc will have ten days from the end of the sale, to pick up those items. All other general merchandise must be picked up on Nov 14th. All items are sold as-is, where-is with any/all defects, and with no guarantees or warranties of any kind. Descriptions are believed to be correct, but subject to bidder verification. Mike Hall Auction Co., HiBid and AuctionFlex are not responsible or held liable for any accidents or errors in print, or otherwise. 15% Buyers Premium is applicable to all general purchases made through this auction. A $1 surcharge will also be assessed to all buyers, for cost of verifying card. Forms of Payment: Credit card on file will be charged at conclusion of auction. Items must be picked up on pickup day ONLY. Winning bidder(s) not picking up items on pick up day will still be responsible for payment. Items not picked up or ordered shipping are forfeited and become property of the auction co. Winning bidders hereby agree not to chargeback any purchases on credit card for any reason. *Please NOTE: If you purchase fixtures, you may be required to uninstall/remove the items from the property-you will be responsible for bringing help, ladders, tools etc. You also are responsible for bringing help to load your items-the auction company does not supply labor! -The only pickup day available is the one listed!!! You must pickup on the listed. -If you plan on shipping your items, call 217-972-9986 to order shipping. If you do not call and order shipping prior to pickup day, the third party shipping company WILL NOT know to pickup your items, take them back to their shop and call you to arrange shipping. -If you have ordered shipping at the end of the auction, Wrap Pack Ship will CALL VIA PHONE, to arrange payment for shipping. -Wrap Pack Ship, has to drive 45 minutes to our shop to pickup your items, they will charge accordingly. They are the nearest reputable shipping company, to our business. If you are not prepared to pay for that level of service, pickup your items in person. DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT COMPLY WITH THE TERMS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Buyers understand they are responsible for paying sales tax or other taxes on any applicable purchases.
