ONLINE ONLY STAINLESS RESTAURANT / FOOD INDUSTRY AUCTION - FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 19TH, 2021 5 PM CDT THROUGH MONDAY, MARCH 22ND WITH A SOFT BID CLOSING BEGINNING AT 6 PM CDT SEPARATED BY 30 SECONDS ON EACH LOT.
This auction now has 150 lot of slightly damaged to no damage stainless restaurant / food industry items. It is our plan to add additional items in the upcoming days prior to the closing of this auction. The inclement weather prevented us from bringing in approximately another 40 foot container of more great items but we will be working on that as time and weather conditions allow. THERE ARE ITEMS THAT CAN BE USED IN RESTAURANTS, BARS, RETAIL STORES, MANCAVES, DEER CAMP, MEAT PROCESSING OPERATIONS, MOBILE FOOD UNITS AND MANY OTHER USES. THERE ARE A FEW PIECES THAT MAY QUALIFY FOR SCRAP OUT BUT THE MAJORITY OF PIECES ARE READY TO PUT TO WORK!
THIS IS A SCRATCH & DENT AUCTION WITH SOME UNITS WITH LITTLE TO NO DAMAGE OF RESTAURANT STAINLESS WORK STATIONS, 1 TO 3 BASIN SINKS, WALL SHELVING, WORK TABLES, EQUIPMENT TABLES, WALL CABINETS, LEG SETS AND MORE. EACH LOT IS PICTURED WITH OUR DISCOVERY UPON UNCRATING & REMOVING CARTONS. MULTIPLE PHOTOS WERE TAKEN OF EACH UNIT TO PROVIDE YOU WITH MAXIMUM DECISION MAKING INFORMATION. MOST UNITS ARE MARKED BK - RESOURCES - NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED ARE PROVIDED WITH ANY OF THESE UNITS BY EITHER WHITE AUCTIONS & APPRAISAL SERVICE OR BK RESOURCES. WE WILL MARK THE DAMAGE ON EACH UNIT OR TOTAL LACK OF DAMAGE. IF THERE IS NOT A PHOTO OF THE DAMAGE IT IS MOSTLY INSIGNIFICANT - YOU MAY FIND MINOR SCUFFS, DINGS AND OTHER MINOR INPERFECTIONS THAT MAY OR MAY NOT BE EASILY IDENTIFIED. A FEW ITEMS HAVE MINOR RUST WHICH CAN BE REMOVED WITH STEEL WOOL, OILED AND GOOD TO GO. Note:
The first photo in most cases will be the manufacturer's catalogue photo followed by actual photos of the items, damage - if any, etc.
We have attempted to call out the major damage on each and every lot. Multiple photos were taken and we ask that you review these photos prior to bidding on the item as each item is sold as is, where is without any warranty or guarantee express or implied. We did not note scratches as they are out of carton and there will be scratches and/or rub marks on some of these items, most of which may be able to be buffed out. The entire auction has a wholesale of nearly $50,000 and there are no reserves. The items may be discontinued stock, overstock or damaged as described. Most items are shippable at the buyer's expense if needed but we leave it to you to determine the expense that may be involved. Arrangements may be made for delayed pickup but the payment for your purchases must be made on or before the pickup date. SIMPLY - THERE ARE SOME MAJOR BARGAINS THAT ARE JUST WAITING TO BE BOUGHT AT THIS AUCTION!!
As most of you may already know, the State of Illinois imposed a sales tax requirement on all auction sales effective January 1st, 2021. While the IL State Auctioneer's Association has appealed this requirement it was still remains in effect as we place this auction online. The charge in our jurisdiction is 6.5% and will be applied to the final hammer price which includes BP but exclusive of shipping charges. If this appeal is successful prior to the ending of this auction we will not charge this fee of course. If you are a reseller or not for profit exempt from IL Sales Tax you may provide the proper form prior to pickup and we will remove this fee. We can forward this form to you in advance should you require this.
NOTE: WE DO NOT USE HIBID'S AUTO PAY FEATURE WHERE YOUR CREDIT CARD IS AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED. WE WILL CALL YOU THE DAY AFTER THE AUCTION AND WORK WITH YOU ON PICKUP AND/OR SHIPMENT AT WHICH TIME WE WILL DISCUSS THE MANNER YOU WILL PAY FOR YOUR PURCHASE. NO UNWANTED CHARGES !!
UNITS CAN BE PICKED UP AT WHITE AUCTIONS & APPRAISAL SERVICE IN ALTAMONT BUT CRATING CAN BE ARRANGED FOR ANY UNITS THAT YOU WOULD NEED SHIPPED. SHIPPING WOULD BE AT BUYERS EXPENSE AND WE COULD PROVIDE COST OF CRATING UNITS IF NECESSARY. THIS IS A CHANCE TO OWN GREAT BAR/RESTAURANT EQUIPMENT AT A FRACTION OF ITS NORMAL COST.
Pickup start on Thursday, March 25th and continue through Saturday, March 27th from 9 AM to 6 PM as scheduled through SignUpGenuis at the Auction Center at 1 Fox Run Drive, Altamont, IL 62411 - These are approximate times and date only - the COVID-19 pandemic rules in effect during the pickup dates will be reviewed nearer this date and the pick-ups will be done with appointment dates & times with registration on SignUpGenius at the conclusion of the auction. We reserve the right to continue this auction as we are adding items prior to its conclusion.
