DOWN PAYMENT: 10% down payment on the day of the auction, or within 24 hours. THIS AUCTION IS NOT CONTINGENT UPON FINANCING.
CLOSING: Closing will be within approximately 30 days.
POSSESSION: Possession of property will be given as of date of closing.
REAL ESTATE TAXES: Real estate taxes for 2017, payable in 2018 shall be the Seller's expense. The real estate taxes for 2018, payable in 2019, will be prorated to the day of closing and credit will be given to Buyer at closing. All subsequent real estate taxes will be the expense of the Buyer.
