If a person puts a bid in of $100.00 and the 2nd place bidder placed a bid $50. It will raise the person with the high bid to $55.00. It will not automatically take a person to the highest bid they have submitted. LOAD OUT/PICK-UP: Winning bidders may pay and pick their items up Tuesday July 13th 9:00 am - 2pm. A forklift we be at the auction site to assist with loading. The auction company reserves the right to use both forklifts in the auction to load until 1:30pm July 13th. There will be shipping on smaller items able to be boxed. On large items pleas call the auction company. Scheff's shipping in Mattoon will be the shipper 217-294-8772 AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase. BUYER'S PREMIUM: a 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. Example: If you bid $100.00, you will be charged $110.00 at check out. PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover (with a 3.5% convenience fee), personal check with proper ID, wire transfer & cash.
