If a person puts a bid in of $100.00 and the 2nd place bidder placed a bid of $50. It will raise the person with the high bid to $55.00. It will not automatically take a person to the highest bid they have submitted. LOAD OUT/PICK-UP: Winning bidders may pay and pick their items up Thursday June 24th 9:30am - 5pm. A forklift we be at the auction site to assist with loading. There will be shipping on smaller items able to be boxed. On large items pleas call the auction company. BUYER'S PREMIUM: a 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. Example: If you bid $100.00, you will be charged $110.00 at check out.
