All equipment is being sold as-is
Items need to be removed within 30 days from sale day, weather permitting
Assistance loading w/70HP Loader will be available by appointment
Items requiring larger loader will be bidder's responsibility
Terms: Hammer Price up to $1000.00 = 15% Buyer Premium
Hammer Price over $1000.00 = 5% Buyer Premium

Invoice totals exceeding $1,000.00 must be paid by cash, check or bank transfer within 3 days of sale closing.
