WHEN DOES IT END: The first lot will start CLOSING: Friday, December 13, 2024 at 6:00 PM CT. (Lots will close every 10 seconds. If a bid is placed during the last minute, that lot will be extended 1 minute.) WHERE & WHEN DO I PICK-UP MY ITEMS: Removal Day is Sunday, December 15, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at 315 George St, Morris, IL 60450. BUYER'S PREMIUM: 10% Buyer's Premium will be charged on invoices paid by cash, check or wire transfer. 13% Buyer's Premium will be charged on invoices paid by credit card. HOW DO I PAY: Invoices are emailed within an hour after the auction closes and you PAY at pick-up by cash, check, or credit card. WHAT DO I NEED AT PICK-UP: Winning bidders will need to bring their own labor to move larger/heavier lots. Lucky Auctions will not (cannot) move heavy items and will not provide moving labor. No exceptions. There will be hand truck and furniture dollies available. REMOVAL: This is a ONE-DAY pick-up schedule. Do NOT bid unless you can make the published pick-up day and time.
