All items sell AS-IS with no warranties. Payment for personal property is via Credit card. Please see the real estate contract for terms and details regarding the real estate. 15% buyer premium on all personal property 5% buyer permium on the real estate 10% downpayment on the real estate. Buyer will enter into a written real estate contract with the Seller. Taxes will be prorated to the closing date. Seller will provide the buyer with a title policy insuring good title.
