Description	After numerous years in the construction business in the Macomb area, Mike Parker has decided to retire from the full time construction business and is selling everything at public auction. This sale will be an ONLINE ONLY auction being held on our third party bidding platform of HiBid.com. Auction will take place on Thursday November 21st, starting at 6:00pm. This auction will end in a soft closing. Pick up will be the following day Friday November 22nd, 12:00 noon to 5:00pm. Skid loader will be on hand that day only for loadout. Make plans to pick up any items that may need loaded with a skid loader on that day. There are no alternate pick up dates. TOOL DISCLAIMER: All buyers will have 24 hours to verify the working condition of tool purchases. If the tools are not working we will refund your money upon return. After 24 hours NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

KKA does not provide anything for your items being picked. If you need help, bring help. All KKA personnel will be locating items for other buyers.
