Online bidding registration will close at 10A.M. November 18th. If you plan to bid online, you must have your account registered for verification before that time. We will not look at any online registrations after that. You will still be eligible to bid at the live auction if you wish to attend. You do not need to register online unless you wish to make pre-bids or bid online during the live auction process. Contract signed and 10% down immediately following the close of the auction. Closings to be scheduled for each tract in order beginning 30 days after auction conclusion and fully-signed Contract. In all events, all closings must be completed by December 30, 2024. Please make financial arrangements prior to sale. Announcements day of auction take precedence over all advertising, oral, or printed material.
