Bidding will open Friday, October 11 at 8:00 AM and begin to close Saturday, October 26 at 10:00 AM. Those planning to bid in-person should arrive prior to 10:00 in order to be registered and assigned a bidder card. There are no reserves on any of our lots, but the auctioneer does reserve the right to decline any bids we find unreasonable. For out of state bidders or those new to our auctions, we will be charging a refundable $2500 hold on your credit card in order to bid on the motor vehicles in this auction. All holds will be reversed after the sale to bidders who were not the high bidder, or whose purchases amounted to less than $2500. VEHICLE BIDDERS: We will accept a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit on auto purchases ONLY, with balance due within 7 days. Prospective bidders are welcome to visit our gallery at any time during regular business hours to preview the vehicles. If you are unable to attend during regular business hours, please let us know and we can work with you to find a time to preview. For those who prefer phone bidding to online bidder, there will be phone bid availability for anyone interested. Please bring your trailers with you on Saturday. Most of these vehicles are not road ready and will require transportation. THERE IS NO SHIPPING OF ANY KIND AVAILABLE FOR THIS AUCTION. All items are sold as is with no guarantees of any type. We do our best to identify the items for sale and their condition, but we do not guarantee accuracy. Please be aware of this as you bid. Once you are the successful bidder you are responsible for the items. Please be aware that beginning the second Monday following the sale, we will charge ALL unpaid invoices to the credit card on file. Buyer's Premium: Buyer's Premium is 20% less 3% for cash/check payment Payment: We accept MC, Visa, Discover, and American Express Cards as well as cash and approved checks. 20% buyer's premium with a 3% discount from that for payment by cash or approved check. Pick up: Curbside pickup will be available M-F 8-3 and Saturday 9-12. Unless other arrangements have been made, we allow 12 days to pick up. On the 2nd Monday following the sale, ALL unpaid invoices will be charged to the card on file. We reserve the right to apply a $1 per item per day storage fee starting on the 2nd Monday after purchase. Any items left longer than 30 days will be considered abandoned and property of the auction house.
