Local pickup day is Monday, October 14th from 12pm-6pm at our auction warehouse located at 3013-G Hall Watters Dr in Wilmington NC 28405.
You will receive an automated text message and email after the close of the auction to choose local pick-up or shipping. You will also be available to choose your own destinated pick up time slot. This is going to reduce the waiting times for our customers and hopefully streamline the pick-up process.
PICK UP IS ON PICK UP DAY, so unless you are having items shipped, please be prepared to come at the designated time. We cannot guarantee availability of staff at any other time besides pick up times. Late pickup will be charged $5 per lot/per day for storage ($10 PER ITEM PER DAY for furniture). You are required to make contact with staff via email at Auctions@LutherBros.com if you are unavailable to pick up on pickup day and request an alternate day. We do not have space to store items, so we must move them around which uses labor and increases chances for loss and breakage. Failure to pick up items within 7 days after the auction closing time will result in items being considered abandoned. Abandoned items will become property of the auction company to be resold for storage fees without a refund. Failure to pick up items in a timely manner will result in restricted bidding privileges.
We do not provide packing material; please bring your own paper and boxes to pack up your treasures. If you purchase a larger/heavy item, please bring help to load those items.
