We have scheduled pickup time which makes it a much more organized and easier pickup for everyone.
1. PLEASE COME AT YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME ONLY
2. IF YOU DONT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND JUST SHOW UP, YOU WILL NEED TO UNDERSTAND ALL PEOPLE THERE AT THEIR APPOINTMENT TIME AND THE NEXT SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME MUST BE TAKEN CARE OF FIRST. YOU WILL MOST LIKELY HAVE A LONG WAIT IF YOU DONT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT.
3. IF YOU COME OUTSIDE YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME YOU WILL BE ASKED TO WAIT UNTIL ALL PEOPLE WHO ARE THERE AT THEIR RIGHT TIME HAVE BEEN HELPED AT THE LEAST, COULD BE A LONGER WAIT AS WELL.
4. We pre-pull the majority of items from inside the home to an assigned pickup table expressly for you. Once you receive your paid invoice, BEFORE YOU LEAVE PLEASE CHECK OFF YOU INVOICE TO INSURE ALL YOUR ITEMS HAVE BEEN PULLED.
5. Furniture, Very heavy, Larger Items and some estate lots will remain in the home. Please bring proper tools and help to remove the items from the home.
6. Last appointment of the day, If you are not there at you time and have your items timely loaded,there may be an overtime fee imposed for our employees that have to just sit and wait on you and/or your bidding status may be suspended.
Pickup Days are posted for you 2 weeks in advance so you can arrange to be there during those times. PLEASE COME PREPARED WITH THE PROPER TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, SUPPLIES, HELP OR ANYTHING ELSE YOU NEED TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS IN A TIMELY MANNER.
