Richard "Dick" Polich (US 1932-2022). A large abstract bronze sheet sculpture with textured finish. The work may have been an experimental casting, or may have been a singular work produced by Polich. The finish resembles certain sculptural components of works by Frank Stella. The work is not signed and was displayed at the Polich residential property. Measures: H 16" x W 60" Provenance: Collection of Dick Polich, Polich Tallix Fine Art Foundry. Polich and Tallix produced significant sculptural works over many years. He is known to have produced art with artists such as, Willem de Kooning, Jeff Koons, Roy Lichtenstein, Frank Stella, Helen Frankenthaler, ERTE, Julian Schnabel, Richard Artschwager, Isamu Noguchi, and many others.
