You are responsible to preview any item prior to bidding if you have any questions. Preview is available by appointment weekdays. You will not be refunded if you receive an item and state it is not what you thought it was, you are responsible for preview.

WINNING LOT PICKUP:
Where: Big Bang Auction/Ohio Valley Auction & Realty, 4610 Covert Ave., Suite B, Evansville, IN (NEW BUILDING)
When: TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 3, 2024 (3-6 PM)
NO EXCEPTIONS unless arranged prior to close. Any other day/time is by appointment only, please contact us prior to auction ending to make arrangements. If you request to be a cash buyer and fail to pickup on the appointed date, your credit card on file will be charged unless we are notified. If you fail to pickup and credit card is declined, you may be permanently declined on Hibid from future auctions.
Contact us for shipping. Shipping costs are invoiced separately and will not begin until after in- person pickup is complete. Processing time is 10-15 business days AFTER IN PERSON PICKUP. No invoice will be sent unless specifically requested, card on Hibid will be charged for retail shipping cost.
*Follow the Green and Yellow signs upon pickup. Please park your vehicle and enter the building. No Curbside.
