If you believe you cannot pass this check system DO NOT BID on this auction. Bidders that FAIL the background check will still financially be responsible without taking possession of the firearm (s). "Report of Sale & Application for Certificate of Title" will be completed at our office at the time of payment/pickup for Idaho buyers. New title, in your name, will be mailed to you. Idaho Residents: Please bring photo ID. Title transfer paperwork will be filled out at the time of payment/pickup. A $21 Doc Fee per vehicle, will be added to invoice at time of payment. Out of State Residents: Please bring photo ID issued by your state of residence. An ST-104 form, for out of state vehicle sales tax exemption, will be filled out at time of payment/pickup. Sales tax will be paid at your state DMV. A $21 Doc Fee, per vehicle, for certified mail will added to invoice at time of payment for out of state buyers. Buyer Agents: If you will be sending a personal representative to complete your transaction, please print and fill out the Idaho Vehicle Power Of Attorney Form, complete it and send it with them. Grantor's information must match the purchaser's information on the invoice. We will not be able to complete your transaction until we have received it. Thank you!

All invoices must be paid in full by the last day of load out, Friday October 4th, 2024 at 6 PM, MST. All items remaining at the Auction Yard after the end of the final day of Auction Load Out will be charged a $10.00 per day, DAILY STORAGE FEE beginning the next day. Purchaser must make prior arrangements with Rod Fivecoat Auctions, LLC. if an item will NOT be removed in the time specified. All items left over 15 days will be considered abandoned and become the property of Rod Fivecoat Auctions, LLC.

SHIPPING: Rod Fivecoat Auctions, LLC will ship small items through FedEx. There will be a minimum $10 handling fee ON TOP of shipping fees. Items over $100 will require shipping insurance and a signature upon delivery. For larger/heavier items: Buyer must arrange pick up of their items with the shipping/freight company of their choice.
