It has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The living room has twin windows and a steel entry door. The kitchen has a French door. All windows are double-hung vinyl clad with Insulated glass. The electrical has a 200 amp panel and is complete through the rough-in stage. All 3 bedrooms and the living room have been wired for ceiling fans. Plenty of closet space is provided. Floor framing is constructed with 2”x10” 16” on center and covered with ¾” Advantech. Exterior walls are framed with 2”x6” 16” on center with 7/16” OSB wall sheathing covered with Tyvek. All interior walls are framed with 2”x4” 16” on center. The roof is constructed with 5/12 trusses 24” on center with 19/32 sheathing covered with ice and water shield and synthetic roof paper.
