Selling the items of the late John Beekman. 15% buyer's premium applies to all purchases. Pick up is Wednesday July 24th from 2:00pm until 6:00pm. Located west of the square in North Fairfield, Ohio on St Rt 162. The items out of the barn are dirty and may have some water damage. The items in the basement may have some mildew on them. I did not check the items as to if they are working properly or not. We hope to have the nice house on the market shortly after the online auction is over and cleaned up.
