We offer no assistance in bringing your items up the stairs, so plan accordingly. The stairs are wide but know there is no walkout basement option.

15.55% Buyer’s Premium in effect, no up-charge for credit card use. Upon bidding you are entering into a contract to buy the lot bid on. Not paying for shipping does not release you from the auction invoice, those are two separate transactions. Unless prior arrangements are made, items not picked up during the scheduled pickup times or not paid for shipping are considered a donation with net proceeds going to the Monroe County Humane Society and the Morrison Talbott Library. Items are sold in AS-IS condition. The bidder acknowledges the lot description, photos and estimates are informational only and an opinion not an expression of fact. The bidder agrees that by bidding they are satisfied with the condition of the lot and will make no attempts at returns or canceling the transaction.
